Instructions:
1) Download the archive from the link(s) in the text file.
For mass file uploading, use the MEGA Desktop App
2) Unzip the downloaded archive and place the Telegram.exe file there (not in the archive, needs to be downloaded from the official site). That is, the tdata folder and the Telegram.exe file should be in the SAME directory (screenshot)
To avoid unforeseen problems, use the latest version of Telegram.
3) Run Telegram.exe and use the account
User rules:
If accounts are mass banned on the first run, recheck everything described below:
Before running, make sure that no other Telegram process was opened in the task manager, if opened, then terminate all processes
Launch accounts on the latest version of Telegram.
Log in with a clean private proxy (ideally mobile)
Do not use free services to change IP
Do not log in to multiple accounts under one IP
Do not change the password 2FA ON ALL accounts at once, they may be banned!
Accounts are intended for use in the official Telagram Portable client, a replacement warranty for invalid accounts is only provided for it!
Recommendations:
1 account = 1 proxy
